The Hansik

The Hansik brings Korean BBQ to Juárez with cook-at-the-table grills and unlimited banchan — the assorted Korean side dishes that arrive fresh and varied with every order. The marinaded short rib (galbi) and samgyeopsal (pork belly) are the standout cuts, served raw so you can grill them yourself at your table. The staff walks you through building the perfect ssam wraps and keeps the parrilla stoked.

Banchan runs deep here — kimchi, pickled vegetables, miso, fresh greens — all refillable. Pair the grilled meats with soju or beer, and save room for the dolsot bibimbap if you want something served hot and pre-cooked in a stone pot. Open Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 9:30pm. Reservations recommended on weekends.
