This eighth-floor seasonal bistro takes inspiration from the Gulf of Mexico and cooks most of its menu over wood fire and charcoal. The terrace delivers one of the sharpest views of the Ángel de Independencia on Reforma, especially at night when the monument lights up.

The roasted octopus is a consistent standout, along with the braised beef shank (chamorro confitado), rotisserie chicken with gravy and mashed potatoes, and creole rice. The bar pours solid mezcal and tequila cocktails — the Cuba Salazar is a popular pick — and the welcome drink at the door sets the tone. Sunday service runs from noon to 6pm.

In the back, there's a small DJ bar that opens later in the evening. Reservations are a good idea, especially for window tables facing the monument.
