Pinche Bar

Pinche Bar operates inside a refurbished 1940s factory in Anahuac, sharing the warehouse space with Pinche Gringo BBQ. The industrial setup includes two floors, games like shuffleboard, and a Texas-style BBQ menu featuring brisket, ribs, and wings. Craft beer and hydromel (mead) are on tap, and the bar stocks over 40 mezcals.

The spot doubles as a sports-watching venue — NFL games draw fan clubs, and F1 Sundays pull a crowd. The bar also hosts live events, from comedy shows to Halloween and Fourth of July parties with costume contests and live music. Service runs on a pay-as-you-go system rather than open tabs. It can be tricky to find from the street — look for the warehouse entrance on Lago Iseo.
