This Roma Norte vegan spot prepares everything from scratch using local and organic ingredients, turning plant-based Mexican cooking into something colorful and precise. The menu includes huitlacoche dumplings, Baja-style tacos with pink tortillas, jamaica flautas, garbanzo chorizo burritos, and tofu burgers with jamaica-spiced potato wedges. The house-made matcha and green salsas are particularly good with the tacos.

Beyond the food, there's a small shop stocked with items made in-house — golden milk blend, chai, and flor de sal. For drinks, the amaranth horchata and jamaica agua fresca with ginger both hit the mark. Desserts rotate and have included yaca (jackfruit) and calabaza (pumpkin) ice cream. Closed Tuesdays; weekends open from 11am.
