Xuni Mezcalería

A small, intimate mezcalería on Londres where the staff actually knows their spirits and will walk you through tastings. The cocktail menu leans heavily on mezcal-based creations — try the Carajillo Xuni, made with mezcal coyote, espresso, coffee liquor, corn liquor, and house-made orgeat.

The food menu is artisanal and proudly Mexican, with ingredients like grasshoppers (chapulines) and ant larvae appearing across several dishes. The guacamole with chapulines comes prepared tableside with chicharrón and totopos. The mini tlayuda, mole with pork belly, and carnitas dumplings are what regulars order.
