Wilfrido Massieu Stadium

Built in 1959 on the Zacatenco campus of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), this 13,000-capacity outdoor stadium serves as home field for the IPN's Águilas Blancas college football teams and hosts athletics competitions. The field and facilities are notably well-maintained despite the stadium's age, with recently renovated bathrooms and a running track that draws hobbyists and competitive athletes alike.

The stadium offers good views of the surrounding hills, though shade is limited to a small section — come prepared for sun. Access from the parking area is quick, though you'll walk a bit to reach the stands. Outside vendors sell paletas, chips with salsa inglesa, and chamoy-coated snacks. Tickets are affordable, and the atmosphere during games is lively and family-friendly.
