This dark, moody wine bar in Roma Norte holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand (2025 & 2026) and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, despite being just a sliver of space with a handful of tables. The wine list leans French but pulls from Spain and Italy too, with rotating selections sold by the glass so you can sample more than one, and the staff guides you through profiles with real care.

The food menu is small and changes regularly — past standouts have included beef tartare, a deeply satisfying burger on brioche, meatballs, and burrata pizzetta with squash and pesto, all built to pair well with wine.
