Trivvu occupies the first-floor terrace at the W Mexico City on Campos Elíseos, offering a Mediterranean-inspired menu centered on premium cuts of meat by Argentine chef Matías Gallegillo, known as an artisan of beef. The menu balances grilled parrilladas — the five-cut mixed grill is the standout — with lighter fare like tuna rolls, ceviche, and charred cauliflower, all sized for sharing. The chocolate volcano is massive and meant for the table.

The terrace is open-air and spacious, with ceiling-mounted heaters for cooler evenings and DJs on weekends. Saturday drunch runs most of the day. Drinks lean toward cocktails rather than wine; portions are generous, but prices sit on the higher end even for Polanco. Open Sunday through Wednesday 5pm-11pm, Thursday through Saturday 1pm-2am.
