Wine bar and rotating art gallery on a quiet Juárez side street, with over 160 bottles from France, Italy, Mexico, and beyond. The team includes a sommelier who walks you through lesser-known labels and a chef who keeps the food menu tight — eggplant salad, truffle-and-parmesan fries, and a pork belly bocadillo with black-garlic mayo — so nothing competes with the wine. The space is split across a few areas: a chill terrace, a tasting room, a gallery wall that changes every couple months, and a private salon.

Servers know the list, and they'll steer you toward natural or old-world selections if you ask. The burger gets a lot of orders. The place has a quiet, speakeasy feel — intimate, unhurried, good for lingering over a second bottle. Only downside: sound bleeds over from the bar next door. Closed Monday and Tuesday; reservations recommended.
