Síclo (Polanco)

Indoor cycling studio where 45-minute rhythm-based classes burn 500-600 calories to curated playlists. The Polanco location is smaller than other Síclo studios, but instructors are hands-on — they check your bike setup before class and offer corrections throughout.

The locker rooms come equipped with Dyson hair dryers, shampoo, body wash, exfoliant, face cleanser, makeup remover, deodorant, and body cream, though there are only two showers. Classes run from 6am and the studio stays on schedule. Packages available for 5, 10, 25, or 50 classes across Síclo locations citywide.
