Founded in 1927 by Adolfo Hernández, this Centro Histórico bakery and pastry shop carries more than 300 types of bread and pastries. The Fernández family, now in their fourth generation, runs production, quality control, and logistics from the original 16 de Septiembre location.

Browse the self-serve shelves for conchas, cuernos, and specialty cakes — sheet cakes and made-to-order cakes are available year-round. The place is less crowded than usual, so you can take your time picking through the trays.
