Mellow Studio

Mellow Studio offers a rotating schedule of wellness classes in a seventh-floor space in Juárez, recently relocated to Calle Marsella. The lineup includes Rebound (trampoline-boot cardio), Barralates (a barre and Pilates fusion), stretching sessions, and a variety of dance styles, alongside occasional breathwork sessions hosted by outside facilitators.

The studio operates as an independent rental space, working with different coaches and instructors throughout the week. Classes are bookable through Wellhub and Fitpass. Expect natural light and views from the upper-floor location.
