French master baker Eric Kayser — elevated to Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur for his contributions to artisanal bread — opened the first Mexico City location on Reforma in October 2014, marking a decade of French baking in the capital. This Centro Histórico outpost on Madero brings the same all-day menu: Nutella crepes with fresh berries and house-made berry compote, strawberry cups, croissants baked fresh daily, and a full range of savory options including soups and sandwiches.

The café doubles as a bakery, so you can grab pastries to go or settle in for breakfast or brunch off the busy pedestrian corridor. Opens at 7am, making it a solid early stop before exploring the historic center.
