This speakeasy-style cocktail bar in a 19th-century Roma Norte house has been pouring authentic absinthe experiences for a decade. The menu now celebrates Mexican artists and cultural icons — cocktails named after Chavela Vargas, Luis Buñuel, and Tina Modotti — alongside classics like the French Spritz with lavender and rose.
