Kurimanzutto

Kurimanzutto was conceived in the late 1990s in New York by Mónica Manzutto, José Kuri, and Gabriel Orozco as a nomadic gallery that could adapt its form to the spaces needed by specific projects. Today the gallery represents artists including Minerva Cuevas, Dr. Lakra, Sarah Lucas, Oscar Murillo, and Danh Vo, and operates out of an Alberto Kalach-designed building in San Miguel Chapultepec.

The space includes an outdoor courtyard, a large interior hall, and a rear gallery, allowing for up to three exhibitions at once. Natural light floods the interiors — go during the day if you can. Admission is free. Expect to spend about 20 to 30 minutes inside, and plan to visit the other galleries nearby on the same trip.
