Fünk Club

This basement club on Insurgentes Sur runs on a Funktion One sound system — the same pro-grade audio setup used in serious electronic music venues worldwide. Local and visiting DJs spin house and techno most nights, and the acoustics are tuned for it.

The space is small, which means it fills up fast on weekends, but the bar moves quickly and beer runs around the mid-range for clubs in Condesa. Thursdays open at 10:30pm with free entry before 11pm. Cigarettes and lighters aren't allowed inside but staff will hold them at the door.
