Chef Martha Ortiz's contemporary Mexican restaurant earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide in both 2024 and 2025, recognized for quality cooking at good value. The menu riffs on classic Mexican ingredients through a "we eat color" concept — visually striking dishes built on flavor synergies from across the country.

Signature plates include the quesadilla, coliflor (roasted cauliflower), gordita de carne, mole, and the pancita. Dessert highlights are the flan and the panacotta. The dining room opens onto indoor-outdoor seating with high sculptural windows, and the cocktail and atole programs are equally thoughtful — try the mole rosa atole or the red berry bread with pink peppercorn.

Reservations recommended. The lunch menu starts at 2pm; before that, it's a simpler breakfast menu.
