Opened in 2009 on the northern edge of Bosque de Tláhuac, this arts and crafts factory offers free workshops in dance, music, photography, painting, sculpture, screen printing, jewelry-making, and carpentry. The programming spans all ages, from early childhood stimulation and a play area for kids to aerial dance classes and ongoing exhibition spaces for photography and painting.

Concerts and cultural events run regularly throughout the year, and the facilities are consistently well-maintained. It's a community hub for the southeast of the city, built to be open and accessible rather than exclusive.
