Escuadrón Training Center

Escuadrón Training Center is a CrossFit box in Colonia Juárez with clean, modern facilities and equipment that's in excellent condition. The coaches focus heavily on technique—expect detailed pull-up breakdowns, form corrections, and programming that pushes hard without compromising safety.

Classes run Monday through Saturday, with extended weekday hours (6am–10pm) that work if you can't make daytime sessions. Drop-ins are welcome, and the space is roomy enough that you're not fighting for floor space during a WOD.
