This Roma Norte mezcalería pairs a serious agave selection with a hidden dancefloor that runs until 2am. The cocktail menu spotlights mezcal-forward drinks like the Diablo Verde and Diablo Rojo, and the bottle list includes harder-to-find expressions like Tobalá and Jabalí.
