Heritage Bistro Bar sits inside the Hotel Marquis Reforma on Paseo de la Reforma, near Metro Sevilla. The kitchen builds its grilled cuisine on sustainable, organic ingredients from land and sea, with sushi alongside Spanish cured ham, seafood, and daily specials.

The space feels refined but approachable, welcoming both hotel guests and walk-ins. The Sunday brunch draws regulars for its spread of guisados, caldos, and seafood, plus unlimited mimosas — but Saturdays are all about the sushi deal.
