Dawat

Dawat has been bringing northern Indian flavors to Mexico City for over two decades, with an open kitchen where you can watch chefs hand-rolling naan and preparing curries in the moment. The menu covers the full spectrum — butter chicken, tandoori specialties, lamb and chicken curries, dal fry, and lemon rice all make regular appearances.

Order the mango lassi (there's a vodka version if you're feeling it), share a tandoori chicken platter, and don't skip the garlic naan. Portions are generous enough to split or take home.
