Condesa Spa

Condesa Spa is a small, quiet massage and wellness studio tucked into a second-floor space on Calle Ensenada. The team — led by therapists Roxana, Alejandra, and Areli — specializes in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, focusing on tension relief and contractures rather than spa pampering.

The space is clean and deliberately low-key; there's a bit of street noise, but most clients drop off quickly once the massage begins. Walk-ins are sometimes possible, but booking ahead is the safer move, especially for couples massage (which they offer with advance notice). Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, and the approach is clinical-meets-relaxing — less about candles and more about getting the knots out.
