Del Valle
Colonia del Valle is a residential neighborhood in the Benito Juárez borough, founded as an aristocratic recreational area and now one of the safer, more established parts of central Mexico City. Tree-lined streets and proximity to Parque Hundido make it a quiet, walkable area popular with expats and digital nomads who want to be near the action without the tourist crowds of Roma or Condesa.
The neighborhood sits just south of Insurgentes and is well-connected by Metro, with lower crime rates than most of the city. It's a solid home base — easy on the wallet compared to trendier colonias, and you can still reach most major spots across CDMX without much hassle.
