Centro Cultural Casa Del Tiempo

Built in 1870, this restored mansion is one of UAM's cultural spaces in the city, hosting rotating art exhibitions, book presentations, concerts, and tertulias throughout the year. The upper floors retain their original wood flooring — carefully maintained over the decades — and the main hall on the ground floor features a beautiful stained-glass window framed by two tall columns, with excellent acoustics for intimate performances.

The first floor holds three gallery spaces and a small auditorium, while the second floor opens to a terrace where you can catch birds and a view of the surrounding neighborhood. Events and exhibitions are free and typically run on weekends. The on-site bookstore carries UAM publications at accessible prices, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a short walk from Metrobús La Salle and Metro Patriotismo.
