Bengala Estudio focuses on body awareness and investigation through yoga, breathwork, sound baths, and heated classes. The studio offers Bikram, Dharma with heat, Barre, and Pulso, alongside forest bathing sessions and singing bowl practices.

The space is small and private, located on Arquímedes in Polanco. Bring your own towel for heated classes and plenty of water — the heat is dry and intense.
