Built in 1952 and opened in 1953 as Cine Las Américas, this neighborhood cinema turned concert hall sits right at the intersection of Insurgentes and Baja California in the heart of Condesa. The acoustics hold up well for live music and comedy shows, and sight lines stay decent even from the upper level.

It's a relatively small venue, so you get a more intimate feel than the bigger arenas. Drinks come in reusable cups with a deposit that you can reclaim at the end of the night. Coat check and bag storage run on the pricier side, and there's limited space to queue outside if you're planning to line up early.
